– Distribute up to 50,000 copies(PRO LEASE)
– “So Focused Productions” must be credited for production and “so focused” signature vocal tag stays on beat
– Low quality mp3(BASIC LICENSE)
– High quality mp3(STANDARD LEASE)
– High quality 16bit/44.1 sample rate wav(PREMIUM LEASE)
– High quality 24bit/96k sample rate wav(PRO LEASE)
– itunes, amazon, mixtape, live performances, physical copies, and website platforms may be used
– You cannot sell the beat with the intent of getting credit as the producer/composer of the beat! Only the “MASTER TRACK” of a vocal track the beat was used to make!
Tracked-Out Premium Lease, Pro Lease
– You are not allowed to alter the beat in any way other than mixing down the track! You cannot remove or add any instruments in the beat/composition or alter the arrangement of the beat
– One commercial use/Profitable use(PREMIUM/PRO Lease)
– Distribute up to 10,000 copies(PREMIUM TRACK-OUT LEASE)
– Distribute up to 100,000 copies(PRO TRACK-OUT LEASE)
– “So Focused Productions” must be credited for production and “so focused” vocal tag stays on beat! The tag must be included in the final master you use for your song.
– High quality 24bit/44.1 sample rate wav(PREMIUM TRACK-OUT LEASE)
– High quality 24bit/96K sample rate wav(PRO TRACK-OUT LEASE)

– 50/50 mechanical royalty split between the producer “So Focused Productions” and the artist
– Unlimited commercial uses and unlimited distribution
– “So Focused Productions” must be credited for production
– You own rights to beat but may not resell beat

Free And Paid Downloads
– A free or paid download(D/L) is intended specifically for demoing(PROMOTIONAL USE ONLY) or auditioning a beat to see if the artist wants to purchase leasing, licensing or exclusive rights in the near future! You may not at anytime use the beat(s) for any commercial uses and you do not own any rights to the beat!
